It is my pleasure to write a character reference on behalf of Alan Horn. I have known Alan for approximately 13 years; we've had both a working relationship as well as friendship during this time.
Alan is a very dedicated business development professional and a pleasure to work with. I got to know Alan while he was the Business Development Manager for MW Builders. At the time, I was an Operations Manager, and we worked closely together on existing client relations, as well as developing new relationships. Alan is a natural communicator and appears comfortable in all environments.
After we both moved on from MW Builders, we worked together again when my wife and | hired Alan's construction company to complete the tenant improvement work on two of our retail businesses. Alan was great to work with in this capacity as well, and I have been a tremendous admirer of his entrepreneurial spirit.
I have also gotten to know Alan as a friend. He is a proud husband and father, and is an active member in his community. Personally, Alan has made a difference in my life and I am blessed to know him. He works hard but can always make time for a friend, even at times when he is the one that deserves the attention.
